Mendocino offers some of the last majestic ancient redwood forests in the world and rigid, nature-cut bluffs that overlook the Pacific for as far as the eye can see. I know you are already picturing it. Now doesn’t it sound and look beautiful - and most importantly green.
Other than our perfectly “green” area to produce weddings, we have special relationships with wedding specialists and vendors that use local range-fed beef and chicken, local flour for cake and pastries, home grown veggies and berries, home grown flowers and much more. Pacific Elegance really goes the extra mile to produce your ALL green wedding. We have many green tips that we will share with you.
There is a vast selection of local wines and sparkling wine/champagne made right here in Mendocino County. We also house the World Famous Microbrews from the North Coast Brewing Company in Fort Bragg. There is no need to buy wine and haul it up with you (you might forget it with everything else one your mind!), you can get outstanding wines and brews without shipping them. One popular and great green wedding favor are redwood seedlings. When you add up all the little green ways it amounts to more than you think!
If you are a tree hugger not only do we have a raw food restaurant we even have a raw food lodge. Great food and very eco-chic.
